Temporary Local Planning Instrument No. 1 of 2021 (Resource Recovery and Waste Activity Regulation)

The Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning has made a Temporary Local Planning Instrument (TLPI) cited as TLPI No. 1 / 2021 and applies to uses proposed in the Swanbank / New Chum and Ebenezer / Willowbank / Jeebropilly areas (as mapped in the instrument).  This replaces previous versions of the TLPI which have been repealed.

Requests to reduce Development Application Fees may be submitted to plandev@ipswich.qld.gov.au on the Request for Variation of Development Application Fees form.

Please Note: The payment for Developer Contributions will be accepted by way of Bank Cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only.  Personal and/or company cheques will not be accepted as payment for Developer Contributions.
